Lectionary Video Download

The trust is planning to build a library of video sequences to accompany one of the lectionary readings each week. The aim is produce one a week so that in time we have a comprehensive collection available. Please feel free to download them and use them in worship. We make no charge for them at present

All we ask is that you remember that the trust receives no block funding and depends totally on the money that we raise through our own efforts. There are a number of ways you can support the trust and ensure that we are able to continue providing resources for worship. The best way is to become an individual member of the trust. It is easy to join and then we will then notify you as each new video is listed. Alternatively do consider making a donation to the trust.

Wait until the video has played completely in your media player before using 'File' and 'Save as" to save it to your hard drive. Up to recently these files have been in WMV format, however this format, although of better quality, has proved to be troublesome on some machines and so from July 6th the files are in MPEG1 format. In both cases they are very large (up to 80Mbyte) and so are best downloaded on a Broadband connection.

If you have trouble downloading them through a media player then a better way is to click with the Right Mouse Button on the image and select "Save Target as ..." with the Left Button. This will then prompt for a file and download the complete video file. Finally select "Open" to run the video.
