Districts often have grant funding available for the type of courses we run. Martin Atkins (President of the Methodist Church) says that there is more money available from Districts for imaginative schemes than for a very long time. Since your weekend may well be the start to a creative scheme, then it is certainly worth contacting your Chair of District or Synod Secretary to see if help is available. NB.
